Our annual show will be Memorial Day weekend, May 24, 25, and 26. We will do set-up on Friday at 1:00pm at Ayres Hall.  The more people we have for set-up, the faster it goes.  Bring your show tree and display with you, and you will be able to pick your spot after set-up.

Marge Blasingame needs members to sign up for docent time slots throughout the weekend to watch the trees (no experience necessary).  We’ll have a list for sign-ups at the meeting, and you can also submit your show entry at that time if you haven’t already.
